In general: lift tickets are not transferable. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Depending on weather conditions or due to unforeseen events, the right is reserved to change the timetables / operating hours or to suspend the operating hours and sports facilities. Children under the age of 10 are only allowed to use the bike park and the bike trails when accompanied by an adult. Minors are only allowed to use the trails with the consent of the legal guardian. Unforeseen weather situation (wind, lightning, etc.) or technical defects of lifts, which require the suspension of operation, do not entitle to a refund of lift tickets. Refunds of lift tickets will only be made in the event of illness or injury. Refunds will only be made from the day the ticket is deposited at the ticket office upon presentation of a medical certificate! From a group size of 20 people we offer a discount in the amount of 20% on Bikepark tickets, Funsport tickets and Funsport rental. Only upon presentation of a list of participants and pre-registration at info@bikepark-brandnertal.at. Disability: from 70% disability or more, you will receive bike park and pedestrian lift tickets at the children’s price.
